PG is more than just a group coaching program. I have learnt so much from JJ, from lifting technique to programming to simply picking his brains on a weekly basis — definitely worth it considering he is one of the most knowledgeable coaches in SG.
PG really helped me improve holistically as a Powerlifterand fast tracked my understanding of many different aspects of the sport, which really that would have took me very long to learn myself.
The group setting of PG enabled me to make many new friends with similar goals and was also a good form of external motivation as you have others to push you and also learn from one another.
Some may feel the program is not individualised enough. However, JJ helps you “individualise” the program by teaching you to understand how and why the program is written, and guide you to adjust percentages along the way to better suit you.
I would definitely recommend PG if you would like to know what quality coaching is like at a discounted rate and grow not just in strength but in knowledge.
