ABOUT US

BATTALION

noun

"A large organised group of people pursuing a common aim."

Battalion Barbell began in 2016, with the aim of giving back to a sport that has done so much for us. We wanted to create a sense of community — so every lifter would have an army — a battalion — of people behind them on the platform.

We strive to provide evidence backed, individualised programming to move you towards your goal, with our support and guidance.

We are client driven coaches, who give a damn. Your goals, become our goals, in the pursuit of better.
